FcRn Targeted Therapies – Target Pipeline List 03/2020
Targets: FcRn; neonatal Fc receptor
This Target Pipeline List provides an overview of anti-FcRn therapeutic antibodies and proteins in development for treatment of IgG-mediated autoimmune diseases.
Severe autoimmune diseases can be associated with high levels of pathogenic immunoglobulin G, or IgG, antibodies for which few innovative biologic treatments have been approved and severe unmet medical need exists. A number of monoclonal antibodies and proteins have been created to degrade circulating disease-causing autoimmune antibodies. If approved, such treatments have potential in many large and orphan indications, such as multiple sclerosis, immune thrombocytopenia, systemic lupus erythematosus, myasthenia gravis and pemphigus vulgaris.
La Merie Publishing offers a low-cost product service providing information about active R&D projects for a given target in the format of Word tables.
The Word document with the Table is delivered by e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of the confirmed order. Usually, delivery time is less than one hour if ordered during European business hours.
